NWE Resources Group Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 3 September 2024 as a private limited company under the name of NWE Resources Group Sdn Bhd. It was subsequently converted to a public limited company on 12 November 2025. Our Company commenced business as an investment holding company in 2024.

Personal care and related products that we supply are hospitality amenities that we manufacture, repackage, and distribute to accommodation establishments, primarily 4-star and 5-star short-stay hotels and resorts, as well as service apartments, homes, and villas.
Formulation, Manufacturing and Distribution of Health Food
Our distribution of health foods is mainly through its direct selling using our multi-level marketing business model and our formulation business mainly involve developing health food formulations for customers and subsequently supplying them with the products.
Repackaging of F&B Products
Supply repackaged F&B products and other related products as part of our comprehensive supply of hospitality amenities. The repackaged F&B products and related amenities are mainly sold to hospitality operators.
